The price is per student: it is multiplied by the number of students enrolled in your school. The yearly price is compared with twelve months at the monthly price: the difference is the saving.
The price per student goes down as the school grows. And a school never pays more than the smallest school in the band above: the amount is capped automatically.
Your headcount is agreed with you. A new student is always enrolled, without waiting: arrivals beyond the tolerance are settled at the census, pro rata for the remaining months.
Your school’s final price is agreed with you, in writing, at the end of the free trial: nothing is invoiced without your agreement.

How many students?
A one-off contribution showing the school’s commitment: this amount is not the price of the work. It is fixed, according to the size of the school.

Frequently asked questions
How is the price set?
It is negotiated with each school after the trial: according to its size, the plan chosen and the period. It is confirmed in writing, then invoiced separately: a numbered invoice, verifiable by QR Code, and a receipt every month.
Do staff accounts cost extra?
No. The price is calculated per student only. The management, teachers, school office and accounts have as many accounts as they need, at no extra cost.
What if we start part-way through a month?
The agreed price states the period it covers, with its exact dates: you pay for that period only.
Can I change plan?
Yes: we agree a new price together, at each renewal or during a period.
What happens at the end of the trial?
Before the end, we propose a price. If you do not wish to continue, you stop and owe nothing. With no price agreed, the space becomes read-only: your data stay intact and you can export them.
Does my data belong to me?
Yes. It is neither sold nor shared. If you leave, you get your data back and your former students keep their verifiable certificates.
Do I need a computer?
No. Everything works on an Android phone, even with a slow connection.
Why ask for the opening authorisation?
Because your certificates are signed and verifiable by anyone. A fictitious school on the network would discredit every school's diplomas.
What is the Diamond Year?
It is Sahel EDU’s welcome offer: after the 30-day free trial, the first year of the Complete plan costs 500 FCFA per student, whatever the size of the school. From the second year, the price is agreed with your school and written in your agreement on signature. The other plans do not change.
