Four steps, no surprises.
You request your trial
Five minutes online: the school, the contact person, the opening authorisation. You accept the partnership agreement, which you can read first.
We open your space
We check the file, create your space and its address, help you set it up and train the people you name.
You try it for 30 days
No invoice. The management sees every day how many days are left, and you can stop at any time.
We agree on a price
Before the trial ends, we propose a price for what follows. It is negotiated with your school, confirmed in writing and invoiced separately: a numbered invoice, verifiable by QR Code, then a receipt every month.

Set-up
We create your space and its address, and help you set up your classes, subjects and coefficients.
Training
Management, secretariat, bursar, student life, teachers: everyone is trained on their own space.
Support
Help when you need it, including for your first class councils and your first report cards.
Your data remain yours
They are encrypted, neither sold nor shared, and you export them yourself at any time, even after the trial.
What we are asked most.
Do we pay during the trial?
No. No invoice is issued during the trial, and you can stop at any time without owing anything. If needed, we can extend it: the end date always stays visible to the management.
Why is the price not shown?
Because a school of three hundred students and a school group do not have the same needs. We agree the price with each school, in writing, before invoicing anything.
What happens at the end of the trial if we have not agreed a price?
You are warned first, then the space becomes read-only: you can read and export everything, nothing can be saved. No data are deleted, and everything returns as soon as a price is agreed.
Does our data belong to us?
Yes. You export them yourself at any time. If you stop, your space stays readable for 30 days, then the data are kept encrypted for 6 months before being erased.
Are we obliged to do everything on Sahel EDU?
No. You use the platform as you decide; you stay free to organise your management.
