Sahel EDU

See at a glance who has paid, who owes, and how much

In many schools the fees are kept in a notebook, and on the first day of term nobody knows exactly what is owed. Sahel EDU keeps families’ accounts up to date: every fee, every instalment, every receipt, every discount.

Fees tailored to your school

Fees are defined item by item (registration, tuition, services such as the canteen or transport) according to the class, with their instalments and due dates. A discount or bursary applies to a specific family, with its reason.

Receipts that cannot be disputed

  • A numbered receipt for every payment, given to the family and kept by the school.
  • Receipts and invoices verifiable by QR Code.
  • The balance of every student and every class, updated after each payment.
  • The list of families in arrears, with the amounts due.

Bank and cash desk, without confusion

Payments made at the bank are declared with their deposit slip and matched against the bank statement: the bursar sees what has arrived and what is missing.

A clear rule at the end of the period

By default, an unpaid amount that is due holds back the handing over of the report card, never the marks, the averages or the registration. The management can switch this rule off, and the family is told in their own space.

Frequently asked questions

Can parents pay online?

Families pay at the cash desk or by bank or mobile transfer; the school records the payment and matches declared transfers against its statement. The family sees their receipt and balance in their own space.

Can fees be tracked class by class?

Yes. The bursar and the management see balances by student, by class and for the whole school, and can export the list of arrears.
