Three languages
French, English and Arabic, right to left.
Screens, report cards, cards and documents in everyone's own language; in Arabic, everything reads right to left, Arabic numerals included.
Proof, not promises
Every promise is checked by automated tests.
1 217 real situations from the field, each linked to its tests; before every release, a full audit goes through every screen, with every account, in all three languages.
Free trial
30-day free trial, then a price negotiated with your school.
Your teams try Sahel EDU without paying or committing. Afterwards, we agree a price together, confirmed in writing.
How the trial works
Example: real screen, demonstration data
3 languages: what is translated
Each person chooses their language at the top of the page; everything changes at once: screens, report cards, student cards, certificates, receipts, messages and the school's public site.
- Françaisbulletin
- Englishreport card
- العربيةكشف الدرجات
In Arabic, everything reads right to left: menus, tables, report cards. Numbers are written in Arabic numerals (٠١٢٣٤٥٦٧٨٩); phone numbers and codes stay in Latin digits so they can be copied.
A document can be bilingual: for example a report card in French and Arabic, each language in its own reading direction.
Example : A mother in Maroua reads her daughter's report card in Arabic on her phone, while the class teacher enters the marks in French.
6 levels, from nursery to doctorate
Touch a cycle to see what Sahel EDU does there, a concrete example and the matching document.
Nursery
The youngest pupils: enrolment, attendance and the link with parents.
What Sahel EDU does there- Enrolment with the child's file and documents, and their student number.
- Register every day: the teacher marks only the absentees, and the parents are notified.
- Competency-based or letter assessment, as the school chooses.
- Fees and receipts for the family, shareable on WhatsApp.
Example : A nursery head enrols sixty little ones in a morning, takes the register in a minute and gives each family its receipt.
The matching documentThe term report card, with the child's photo. Report card model offered by default: In the school's colours.
Primary
From the first year to the last year of primary school: marks, report cards and CEP preparation.
What Sahel EDU does there- Combined classes: two levels in one class, each with its own syllabus.
- Marks by sequence and a report card every term.
- CEP preparation: Sahel EDU flags the pupils whose birth certificate is missing.
- Marks, absences and fees visible to the parents, and to them alone.
Example : A primary school in the Far North prepares its final-year pupils for the CEP: the list of those who still lack a birth certificate is ready in one click.
The matching documentThe term report card and the certificate of enrolment. Report card model offered by default: In the school's colours.
General secondary
From lower secondary to the final year, French-speaking or English-speaking (GCE).
What Sahel EDU does there- Register by lesson, marks by sequence, weighted averages calculated with the coefficients.
- Class council: averages, ranks, distinctions and proposed decisions.
- Exam classes: BEPC, probatoire, Baccalaureate and GCE, with their streams and second foreign language.
- A timetable with no clash of room or teacher.
Example : At the class council of Form 4 A, averages and ranks are already calculated: the deputy head only has to validate the decisions.
The matching documentThe report card with rank, comments and the council's decision. Report card model offered by default: Classic.
Technical education
Industrial, health and management streams, up to the CAP and the BT.
What Sahel EDU does there- Streams F, G and TI with their vocational subjects and coefficients.
- Work placements and the student's record booklet.
- Exam classes: CAP, technical probatoire and BT.
- Same tools as general education: register, marks, class council, fees.
Example : A technical school in Ngaoundéré follows the work placements of its F3-stream students and prepares their BT exam files.
The matching documentThe classic report card, with the vocational subjects and their coefficients. Report card model offered by default: Classic.
Higher education (LMD)
Bachelor's, master's, doctorate: teaching units, credits and semesters.
What Sahel EDU does there- Teaching units and credits, validated semester by semester.
- Transcript with the credits earned.
- Certificates and diplomas verifiable by QR Code, anywhere in the world.
- University grading scales: out of 20, in letters or as a GPA.
Example : A second-year bachelor's student sees her units validated and her credits (54 out of 60); her transcript carries a QR Code her future employer can scan.
The matching documentThe plain official transcript, with credits. Report card model offered by default: Plain official.
Islamic education
The Qur'an, the Arabic language and the general syllabus, together.
What Sahel EDU does there- Qur'an follow-up: the surahs and hizb recited by each student, assessed.
- Arabic stream: syllabi, report cards and transcripts in Arabic, Arabic exams.
- The basmala and the Hijri date on the documents, if the school wishes.
- Everything reads right to left, Arabic numerals included.
Example : A maahad follows each student's hifz: the parent sees, in the family area, the hizb recited and the teacher's assessment.
The matching documentThe report card in the model of your choice, with the basmala and the Hijri date.
7 report card designs, in your colours
The report card layout of each school is set with the Sahel console. In every case: your logo, your colour, your name in each language, the student's photo, the stamp and a QR Code that proves authenticity.
- Classic — Solid bands, two languages side by side. The traditional Cameroonian report card.
Offered by default for: General secondary, Technical education. - In the school's colours — Header in your site's colour, logo and motto highlighted.
Offered by default for: Nursery, Primary. - Plain official — Black and white, thin rules, centred header: economical to print, administrative style.
Offered by default for: Higher education (LMD). - Compact — One page even with many subjects: tighter type, no class minimum or maximum.
Offered by default for: Training centre. - Detailed — With the council's decision and the signatures of the class teacher, the parent and the management.
- Prestige — Double border around the page and a neat stamp area: for schools that value ceremony.
- Two panels — Subjects in two side-by-side columns, section by section: the subject, the mark in figures and in words, the total of each panel. Large print, easy reading.
The basmala and the Hijri date are added for Islamic schools that wish it.
Each style comes in several certified colour palettes that stay readable in print; the console sets each school's layout (style and palette).
1 second to verify a document by QR Code
- Every report card, certificate and receipt carries a Sahel Shield QR Code.
- Scan it with any phone's camera: the verification page opens. shield.sahelavenir.com/v/CODE
- In one second, the page says whether the document is genuine, revoked or forged. An average changed by even one digit no longer passes the check.
- No account needed, and in the visitor's language.
Example : An employer receives a photocopied diploma: they scan the QR Code and read “Genuine” or “Forged” before hiring.
Real situations, solved.
Six examples out of the 1 217 situations recorded in Cameroonian schools. Tap a card to turn it over.
Where do these 1 217 situations come from?
Each situation describes a real problem from the field (taking the register in a class of sixty pupils, a doctored report card…), Sahel EDU's answer, and the automated test that checks the answer still works.
Before every release, a full audit goes through every screen, with every account, in the three languages.
Pick your role, see your day.
Everyone has their own space, on their phone, in their language, and sees only what concerns them.

A report card worthy of your school.
Your logo, your colour, your name in each language. 7 models to choose from, the student's photo, the stamp, and a QR Code that proves its authenticity. The basmala and the Hijri date for Islamic schools that want them.
Example
African grading scales, already built in.
Marks out of 5, 10, 20 or 100, letters and GPA, grades and coefficients: each school marks on the scale of its own system. Cameroon, French- and English-speaking, is fully built in; for other countries, setting up is configured with our team.
Where does your school stand?
The five-question check-up
The time you get back
— hours
per term, just for report cards and averages.
Rough estimate: two minutes per subject and per student to copy, compute and rank by hand.
Documents that carry weight, data that stays yours.
Every report card, certificate, attestation and receipt carries a Sahel Shield QR Code. A parent, university or employer scans it: in one second, a clear page says whether the document is authentic, revoked or forged. No account needed, in their language. See how it works
Signed certificates
Every document carries a digital signature and a QR Code: its authenticity is checked in seconds, without an account.
On-site attendance
Staff clock in by scanning the entrance poster with their own phone, on the school premises. A photo of the poster is useless anywhere else.
Students' voice
Every period, students rate their teachers and the school, anonymously. Management and inspectors get a reliable report.
The paper report card first
Marks appear online only after the report card is handed over in person: the official document opens the dialogue with the family.
Each school on its own
A school's data is visible only to that school. Even within the network, a student's history opens only with the former school's consent.
Protected photos and documents
ID photos and supporting documents are private: only the person, their parents and the administration can see them.
Three languages, everywhere
Screens, report cards, ID cards, documents and public website: in French, English and Arabic, right-to-left where needed.
Your school online in 72 working hours, instead of weeks of data entry and sorting.
You put your files together, our team does the rest: it sorts, enters and organises your data, then hands you the access. A one-off contribution showing your commitment, available from the free trial.
Re-entering a school’s lists, classes, fees and access by hand takes months of data entry. Our team does it for you.
Where needed, SAHEL AVENIR SARL covers the travel of its team: on-site digitalisation and staff training, at no additional cost to the school.
Installation is done remotely and training online, guided by the assistant built into the platform.
How many students?
A one-off contribution showing the school’s commitment: this amount is not the price of the work. It is fixed, according to the size of the school.
| Fewer than 200 students | 20,000 FCFA |
| From 200 to 499 students | 40,000 FCFA |
| 500 students and more | 50,000 FCFA |
The deadline starts once the payment is received and the file is complete, Monday to Friday, public holidays excluded.
Monthly or yearly, depending on your school.
Your school’s first year with Sahel EDU costs 500 FCFA per student on the Complete plan, whatever its size. From the second year, the price is agreed with your school and written in your agreement.
See the first-year pricesPrices for pre-school, primary and secondary schools.
Essential
For schools that want to get the essentials right first: marks and report cards.
See the price for your school’s size
30-day free trial
How is this price calculated?
The price is per student: it is multiplied by the number of students enrolled in your school. The yearly price is compared with twelve months at the monthly price: the difference is the saving.
Your headcount is agreed with you. A new student is always enrolled, without waiting: arrivals beyond the tolerance are settled at the census, pro rata for the remaining months.
Your school’s final price is agreed with you, in writing, at the end of the free trial: nothing is invoiced without your agreement.
What this plan includes
- Your school’s students, classes, subjects and coefficients
- Marks entered by teachers, from their phones
- Report cards calculated automatically, as PDF, verifiable by QR Code
Standard
For schools that also keep the accounts of school fees.
